This theme is fully colour-configurable, so you are encouraged to change the colours and match them with your distribution / tastes. It also works with the globalmenu applet, which I am using at the moment.
In addition, some parts can be configured editing the beginning of the gtkrc (all the instructions are provided inside the file).
The theme is fully based on Murrine SVN Engine.
If selected, it uses the pixmap engine for the scrollbars and toolbars, but this can be easily avoided and set back to the murrine engine editing the beginning of the gtkrc file.
For better results, install this theme as root (In Ubuntu, that means unpacking the archive in usr/share/themes with root privileges: for instance, you can open a terminal and type “sudo nautilus” to obtain a file manager with root privileges).
