Blue-Joy is a combination of the Blue-Junior GTK theme, Azur GTK theme and the Slickness Metacity theme. I have made a lot of special modifications myself. The drop down menus, panel, check boxes, radio boxes, buttons and tabs are all custom designed for this theme.
The idea for this theme appeared after I started modifying the Aurora Aqua theme for personal use. Then I realised I wanted to change many other things in the code of the theme, added some details, used other engines… And when I noticed what I was doing, I had a new theme in my hands. So here it is. The Glow GTK theme is mainly based in Aurora, but it also requires the Clearlooks and the Murrine engines to work. Please let me know of any suggestion, critic, bug or whatever you wish to say. I hope you enjoy this new Glow.
Glow is actually a set of several themes, with 8 variations: Cinder (grey); Fire (red); Flower (pink); Grass (green); Ice (silver blue); Lava (darker orange); Sand (orange); and Water (blue). Each of these variations has two designs, light and dark. I’m still trying to test if especially the dark versions work well in all apps. The usual individual tricks you know from other dark themes may still apply. Let me know how it can be improved.

FINALLY, a METACITY version!!!
I built the Elegant Brit Metacity theme based on the Alessandro Metacity theme. I did it in order to follow the layout of its Emerald equivalent, that is, the title is on the right (the buttons’ position is regulated on Gconf; in this theme’s logic, they’d stay in the left). If you want to change the title position to the center, please follow the instructions on the Metacity XML file. However, if you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate and contact me. I’ll be pleased to help. I hope you like it, and if you don’t, make suggestions!
